This page explains how to delete your Cue account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Cue account, with the subject “Delete my Cue account”. To help us verify your request, send it from your account email (or include that email in the message).

We verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.

What is deleted

When your request is processed we permanently delete: - Your account and authentication record (email, login credentials). - All coaching data tied to your account: shot scores and history metadata, lesson progress, streaks, and trends.

What is retained (and why)

• Your photos and videos are never uploaded to or stored by us — they stay on your device — so there is nothing for us to delete on the server.
• Camera frames sent for live coaching are processed transiently and are not stored.
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained for product analytics.
